How quickly can you send me a quote for products/services?
At SGI, we recognize that time is often of the essence, and we strive to process requests for quotations within 24 hours (one business day). Large quotations or quotations for non-standard items are usually processed within 48 hours. If we need more time than this, be assured that we are working to provide you with the best products/services on schedule at a competitive price, and we will communicate status of your quotation with you.
Is there a minimum order size?
No. SGI does not have minimum order requirements.
How do I return a product or make a claim?
Your satisfaction is our first priority! If a product needs to be returned, please contact your Customer Support Representative for authorization and instructions. To make a claim in the event that you receive a shipment that has visible or concealed damage, please contact your freight forwarder/carrier or your Customer Support Representative for assistance. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive the returned product(s) and either replace it or provide you a refund, based upon your request.
Who do I contact for specific product questions or technical support?
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at anytime. We don’t just work 9 to 5 at SGI. Our technical experts can provide you with information for Product Selection, Application Assistance, Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance Data, Maintenance, and General Technical Guidance.

What is your product warranty policy?
SGI is proud to represent leading, domestic and international manufacturing partners with reputations for product innovation and quality. While warranties vary on individual products, products purchased through SGI are covered under manufacturer warranty policies.
Is SGI a certified DBE?

How do woman-, minority- and service disabled veteran-owned suppliers learn about upcoming opportunities to work with SGI?
We welcome all certified WMDVBE suppliers who want to work with us to contact us to discuss partnering opportunities and to complete our Supplier Registration form. We will keep your information in our supplier database to reference when contracting opportunities become available, at which time we may contact you for a copy of your current certification documentation, along with company brochures that briefly describe your core competencies.
We also encourage interested WMDVBE suppliers to become certified with the CPUC’s Supplier Clearinghouse. Why don’t you offer a printed catalogue of your products?
With over 1.5 million items in our on-line product catalogue (a listing which continues to grow daily), we believe that our website provides a more accurate and complete representation of the products available through SGI. (Furthermore, printed catalogues often become outdated very quickly, resulting in higher operating costs, which invariably find their way into product pricing.)
